Does reservation of seats apply for admission?

Yes, as per rules of Government of India at par with IITs

How do I apply?

Application has to be done online only at our admission portal. The step-wise details of the application procedure will be announced on this website in due course.

Is there an application fee?

Application Fee (Non Refundable): Rs. 1500/- for UR/OBC/EWS, Rs. 1000/- for SC/ST/PHH.

What is the fee structure for IIPE?

The information regarding the fee structure of individual course is available on the IIPE website.

Is there hostel facility for Boys and Girls ?

Yes, separate hostels are available with all the facilities.

Is the fee-relaxation available for students admitted at IIPE?

Yes, fee-relaxation is executed subject to eligibility as per IITs procedure.

Location of the campus.

The campus is currently situated in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, operating temporarily at AU College of Engineering.
The Government of Andhra Pradesh has allocated 201.80 acres of land in Vangali Village, Sabbavaram Mandal, Visakhapatnam for the construction of its permanent campus.

Is IIPE included in MHRD listed colleges for National Importance?

Yes

Shall I get refund, if withdrawn?

Admission fee of the candidates not selected in the final list will be totally refunded. In the event of a candidate withdrawing before the last date of withdrawal as mentioned in the important dates, the admission fee will be refunded after deduction of the processing fee of Rs. 2500/-
However, if any candidate withdraws his/her admission after the last date of withdrawal as mentioned in the important dates, no refund will be entertained. The refund process will be initiated after the completion of the admissions only.

Can I change the course after deadline?

Students will be given opportunity for upgradation of course in the portal, and same will be considered subject to availability of the vacancies in the merit order.

Do IIPE have fulltime and qualified faculty members?

Yes, all the existing faculty members are fulltime and highly qualified.
