Students who got provisional seat confirmation email from IIPE are hereby requested to report for registration between 10 AM to 4 PM on 3rd and 4th December 2021. The list of documents to be produced during the registration process along with the payment of remaining fees as given below:

Mandatory Documents to complete registration:

  1. Class X certificate / DOB Proof
  2. Class X Marksheet
  3. Class XII Marksheet
  4. JEE advanced 2021 admit card
  5. Confirmation letter received from IIPE
  6. Anti-Ragging undertaking by the student and the parent
  7. College rules and regulations undertaking by the student and parent
  8. Proof of payment of advance fee for seat acceptance of Rs. 30,000 (for GEN, OBC) or Rs. 20,000 (for SC, ST);
  9. Colour Passport Size and Stamp Size Photographs with white background (at least 12 numbers each);
  10. COVID-19 vaccination certificate
  11. RTPCR test result within 72 hours for student and parent/guardian
  12. Duly certified original medical report from Government Medical officer Or The certificate format can be found in the JOSAA Website.
  13. *Certificate of category (OBC / SC / ST / EWS), if applicable (Issued by competent authority);
  14. Online payment receipt ( Payment Link ) or DD of the remaining fees.
    i. DD Shall be taken in the name of INDIAN INSTITUTE OF PETROLEUM AND ENERGY payable at VISAKHAPATNAM
  15. ii.Steps to follow for online payment: Select terms & conditions -> Proceed -> Select Payment Category -> B.Tech-2021 Remaining Fee -> Provide details of Payment -> Submit -> Complete payment -> Save/ Print the receipt.
    Note:  Students have to go back to their home after the registration process completes.

Note*

  • for SC/ST/OBC-NCLCategory certificate
  • for EWSIncome & Asset Certificate: (The income and assets of the families as mentioned in para 2 would be required to be certified by an officer not below rank of Tehsildar in the State / UTs. The officer who issues the certificates would do the same after carefully verifying all relevant documents following due process as prescribed by the respective State/UT). 
  • In case of OBC-NCL/GEN-EWS category, the certificate must be issued on or after 1st April 2021.

 

  In addition to the above documents, the verifying officials will also check the special eligibility conditions, if any, for all the choices including and above the seat allotted to the candidate.

  The students have to attend online classes from 13th December 2021 till further notice.

 

** The students of SC/ST/PWD** who have paid initial advance of ₹ 20000/- will be refunded after registration within a stipulated time (7-10 days).
