The Indian Institute of Chemical Engineers (IIChE) is a national organization that brings together experts from academia, research institutes, and industry. In IIPE, the IIChE Student Chapter was officially established on September 6th, 2019 in the presence of Shri K. Narasappa, President of Andhra Petrochemicals Ltd, the faculty members and students. The IICHE Student Chapter, IIPE has successfully organized various events with the combined efforts of staff and students. Few of these include Quiz Competition, Article Quest 2020, Vishleshan 2021, and Anveshan 2022. IIChE student members have opportunities to join various seminars, workshops, and lecture series, allowing interaction with industry professionals. The students are also provided with opportunities to participate in various competitions conducted at national levels, like quiz, and essay writing competitions. These events help one to constantly update and equip oneself so as to keep pace with the fast-changing professional scenario in chemical engineering.
