Refund Policy

-> Admission fee of the candidates not selected in the final list will be totally refunded.
-> In the event of a candidate withdrawing before the last date for withdrawn mentioned in important dates for B.Tech admission at IIPE, the admission fee will be refunded after deduction of the processing fee of Rs. 2500/-.
-> If any candidate withdraws his/her admission after the last date for withdrawn mentioned in important dates for B.Tech admission at IIPE, no refund will be entertained.
-> The refund process will be initiated after the completion of the admission process only.

Legal Jurisdiction

Legal Jurisdiction: In the event of any dispute arising concerning admissions to IIPE, Visakhapatnam is the sole legal jurisdiction. Should the matter proceed to the High Court, Andhra Pradesh, the Hon'ble High Court at Amaravathi holds jurisdiction.
