Mandatory Documents to complete registration: (Original and Two Sets of Photocopies)

1. All certificates (Pass Certificate, if any and Marks Sheets/ Grade Cards) for 10^th Class and 12^th Class
2. Original Admit Card of JEE (Advanced) 2024 and Downloaded Score Card of JEE (Advanced) 2024
3. Date of Birth proof (SSC / XII Certificate which contains the Date of Birth)
4. Provisional Seat Allotment Letter along with copy of the application
5. Proof of payment of advance fee for seat acceptance of Rs. 92,200 (for GEN,EWS, OBC) or Rs. 17,200 (for SC, ST)
6. Colour Passport Size and Stamp Size Photographs with white background (at least 12 numbers each)
7. Duly certified original medical report from Government Medical officer Or The certificate format can be found in the Medical Certificate-IIPE
   
8. Copy of Aadhaar Card
9. Physical Disability certificate (if applicable) for PH candidates.
10. Certificate of category (OBC / SC / ST / EWS), if applicable (Issued by competent authority)
11. Anti-ragging undertaking (Please download and fill the form)
12. Rules regulation undertaking ( Please download and fill the form)

In case of OBC/EWS category, the category certificate must be issued on or after April 01, 2024

Note*   

• for SC/ST/OBC-NCL: Category certificate
• for EWS: Income & Asset Certificate: (The income and assets of the families as mentioned in para 2 would be required to be certified by an officer not below rank of Tehsildar in the State / UTs. The officer who issues the certificates would do the same after carefully verifying all relevant documents following due process as prescribed by the respective State/UT). 

• In case of OBC-NCL/GEN-EWS category, the certificate must be issued on or after 1^st April 2024.

 

  In addition to the above documents, the verifying officials will also check the special eligibility conditions, if any, for all the choices including and above the seat allotted to the candidate.

 

** The students of SC/ST/PWD** who have paid initial advance will be refunded (as per institute norms) after registration within a stipulated time (7-10 days).
